Anonymity
Is it really anonymous?
Your name isn’t on the package, the shipping label or anything inside. The return address is just a short set of company initials, like DBM. Tracking and receipts go to you, not them.
We work to keep your identity private, but no one can guarantee anonymity. We share who placed an order only with the service providers that help us fill it, when the law requires it (like a valid subpoena or court order), or when an order breaks our Terms of Service.
Will they know it’s a prank before they open it?
The Glitter Bomb comes in a tube that looks like incense, and everything ships in plain packaging.
Someone keeps sending me these. How do I make it stop?
Add yourself to our do not ship list. We’ll block future orders to the name and address you submit.
Shipping
How fast does it ship?
Most orders ship the next business day from Watertown, New York. Some take up to 3 business days, especially around holidays. It usually takes USPS a day to scan in our packages, so tracking may not update right away. After that, USPS Ground takes 2–6 days and Priority Mail takes 1–3 days. Those are USPS estimates, not guarantees.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is priced at live USPS rates, so you’ll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Every order gets tracking, including cards and letters. We email it to the address you enter at checkout.
Can I change the address or cancel my order?
Email contactus@pranksanonymous.com before your order is processed. Once it’s processed or shipped, it can’t be changed or cancelled.
Double-check the recipient’s address before you check out. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because they refused it, we can reship it once you pay the new shipping cost.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, to Canada, Mexico and select destinations outside North America, as shown at checkout. We don’t ship to APO, FPO or DPO military addresses. International buyers pay any customs duties and taxes.
Melting, damage and returns
Will the gummies or chocolate melt?
They can. Chocolate usually starts to melt around 80–85°F, and gummies in the 90s. If it’ll be near those temperatures or hotter anywhere along the way, add Cold Shipping (our Ice & Insulation Pack) at checkout. It adds insulation and ice packs, ships Priority Mail and only goes out Monday through Wednesday. Cold Shipping helps a lot, but we can’t guarantee your order arrives unmelted.
Melted orders are covered only when the order had both Cold Shipping and SavedBy package protection. If SavedBy approves the claim, we reship for free.
What if my package is lost, stolen or damaged?
Add SavedBy package protection at checkout. If your package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, file a claim with SavedBy and we’ll reship at no charge once it’s approved. Without it, we can’t replace packages USPS marks as delivered.
If we made the mistake, like a wrong or missing item, email contactus@pranksanonymous.com with your order number and photos and we’ll make it right.
Can I return something?
Food can’t be returned, opened or unopened, for food-safety reasons. Everything else is final sale too, unless we made a mistake, like a wrong or missing item, a defective product or a billing error. In that case, email us with your order number and photos and we’ll refund or reship. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
