Did not work , ticked but no tune , contacted customer services still have had no response

I still have not received my card, my husband's birthday is Friday. Will never order again unless this is fixed. Im heart broken

Didn’t work

Reached out at first because some how I missed where to put the message for the card and I have sent before, realized my mistake and emailed as soon as made the order but by the time someone got back to me was told it already shipped and there was nothing they can do. Found out from the person I sent to that the card didn’t work- they opened and just made a buzzing sound .. a little
Let down this time around

Card didnt work like it was suppose to. Played for a few seconds and stopped and never played again. Paid for express shipping (3 business days) and got it in 7 days. Will not buy from this place again
