No shipping until prompted

My order was not shipped until I checked tracking several days after ordering, found that it had not shipped and emailed. The card missed my friends birthday.

WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT TRUST

Paid for the item 20 DAYS AGO! Still nothing.
I have sent the company an email every day and not one person has bothered to contact me back. My friend has been left with NO card and it’s been weeks since their birthday. AWFUL service! AWFUL!!

The card arrived and was not impressed the card did not work it was low and static music didn't sound out it stopped on its open when the person it was sent to opened it. 🤨
